Traditionally the majority of our jobs were derived from insurance referrals with custom home construction and remodels accounting for a fraction of total projects. Today that role has shifted. Custom remodels now account for roughly 70% of our project base while construction of custom homes has more than doubled. Insurance referrals remain steady as we continue to work with adjusters to meet the needs of homeowners across northern Arizona, however, our investment into other sectors of the industry has enabled continued growth.

We are committed to providing clients with the home of their dreams. For this reason, we only take on a couple of custom homes a year. We like to ensure that we allocate the necessary time to understand the homeowner’s vision and make it come to life.
